William F. Lemaire

William F.  “Bill” Lemaire, 70 of Albrightsville passed away February 5, 2026 at Coastal Hospice - Stansel House, Berlin MD.   Bill was the beloved husband of the late Nancy Lemaire, Step Father to Amy Knepper Braciszewski, and Pappy to Alyanna Braciszewski of Berlin, MD. 

“Billo” to his family, he was the second son of the late Joseph and Patrica Lemaire, of Rutherford, New Jersey.   He is survived by his seven siblings- Joseph Michael, Mary Kriston, Matthew, Thomas, Robert, Andrew, and Katherine Groom, their spouses, 18 nieces and nephews, and 7 grand nieces and nephews.    He was preceded in death by his wife, parents and niece Lindsay.  

Bill was retired after 40 years of service with the United States Postal Service.   He enjoyed spending time with his family and World War II history.  Bill was kind and generous with a calm manner and a great sense of humor.   He is dearly missed by all of his loved ones.

A graveside memorial will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at St. John Slovak Lutheran Cemetery, Summit Hill at 11:00 AM with Pastor Marjorie Keiter officiating.
