Harry “Mike” Adams

Harry “Mike” Adams, 69, of Catawissa passed away early Monday morning March 25th 2024, at Emmanuel Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, Danville.

Born in Danville on January 12, 1955, he was the son of the late Betty (Weiss) and John Adams. 

He was the husband of Linda L. (Bunge) Adams. 

He was of Protestant faith and was a member of St. John’s Community Church.

Mike graduated from Southern Columbia High School in 1972.

He worked as carpenter for the Geisinger Medical Center-Danville for 38 years prior to retirement.

Mike enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, gardening and digging with his backhoe.  He was very involved with Camp Dost and Camp Victory in Millville for many years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Scott Adams.

Mike is survived by; wife Linda L. Adams; Catawissa; son Eric Adams, Catawissa; daughter Jennifer Adams (Gary Bean), Clinton, NY; brother James “Jim” Adams (Joanne) Illinois; brother David Adams, Florida; brother Tim Adams (Cindy), Paxinos; grandchildren Colby, Juliana, Jackson, Vivienne and Michael; many nieces & nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 30th, 2024 at 11:00 AM from the Elysburg funeral home.  Visitation for family and friends will be held at the funeral home on Saturday morning March 30th from 9:30 am to 11:00 am.  Interment will be at the family’s convenience.
